I need a new machine for DJ'ing. I am going to get a dedicated desktop unit that I can just leave at the club (I'm the only DJ and it gets locked up when I'm not there). Anyway, I found a machine that has an NVIDIA GT635 card. Will that be adequate for what I need? Serato's specs say NVIDIA 8400 or better; but the numering matrix seems to have changed on NVIDIA products.

As has been discussed here maybe 1,000 times, you're rolling the dice when it comes to using a Windows machine for video DJ-ing with Serato.

Very possible (even probable) that you will be spending a lot of time troubleshooting, with no satisfactory end result.

I have been using a Windows PC since the day the original SL1 shipped and bought Video-SL the day it came out; and have never had issues. I don't own an Apple and I never will; regardless of the non-merited Mac bias on here.
