Pitch 'n Time LE 3.0.1 TCE in Pro Tools 12.5 not creating exact bars

When using PnT LE as the TCE tool in Pro Tools 12.5 to stretch or compress audio it doesn't adjust to exactly the bar.

For example, stretching an audio clip to 3 bars (3|0|00) will result in the clip becoming (2|3|957).

I've tested many times at different lengths and it never adjusts the audio to the exact length.

Please investigate.
