so when i try and get studo to run on my computer i get a network error saying i need to connect to the internet or try again later. does anyone have a solution for this? please let me know

Yes I opened a support ticket but still no luck getting it working. Super frustrating

Preferences > network >advanced> proxies if SOCKS proxie is clicked on turn it off and restart you computer and then reopen studio after the restart

Currently Serato Studio does not have the option to change language from English, though this is a possibility in the future. Apologies for this inconvenience.

my serato studio keep opening and going to the subscribe screen but im subscribed already
when i click subscribe it says im subscribed but the program wont open.

I got it working i was told i had to reinstall my OS on mac so that did the trick thanks again though.

Hello,
I have the same issue. The software doesn't manage to connect to the internet.
I keep getting the "Please connect to the internet with Serato DJ Pro open" message ...
My license is valid since I use it on an other computer as well, connected to the same network. I've already been through all the process with the support, without any success.
If anyone managed to figure this out, I will be very grateful :D

Hello,
I figured out the issue.
After installing Wireshark for debbuging, I realised the DNS query to serato.com wasn't resolved.
I changed my DNS provider and Serato managed to check my license. Make sure to flush your DNS cache after changing the provider.
