Why is the SYNC not working even if I have the same Track in both decks. Im not totally new to mixing but cant get my head around it why this is causing such an offbeat. If I manually start deck 2 it still is a bit off and doesnt change even if i hit the SYNC button again

Im not using a controller nor headphones but sync should still work
