It would be nice if we won't need multiple "Tracks" when using different Stems of the same track.

I agree. Let us use the right click, like in 4.0.

For instance:

I could "Split to new clip" Then right click and select "Acapella Stem" for the region that I have split. Seems like an easy thing to implement.
