I bought an Asus 22" touch screen monitor. Being new to Mac, and Serato, coming from Windows I thought this would work flawlessly. Usually Mac users rave about how well things work, effortlessly and problem free.
Not so however it seems, with touchscreens. I found a software from Touch-Base, it's some kind of UDPP driver. Seems to work alright with MacOS, but not friends with Serato.

I contacted Touch-Base support and they said there may be some issues with third party apps, they utilize some sort of mouse click interface. So it seems there's nothing they can do to make it work, unless perhaps they completely redesign their company, which isn't practical. Perhaps Serato can implement this on their end?

I don't know, it's a hope and a dream. I'm going to try a stream deck soft key pad to replace the mouse and keyboard, hopefully that works 🤞. But ideally I would never need a mouse and keyboard with this setup, just the touch screen, dj deck, and soft key pad.
