Serato Studio vs Adobe Audition

'm currently comparing Serato Studio vs Adobe Audition.
I've always used Adobe Audition for music editing, but am looking at other alternatives.

My questions concerning Serato Studio are the following.

1. Does Serato Studio have the capability to import tracks, edit, trim and fade out?
2. Does Serato Studio have the capability to "Save As" in multiple formats.
3. What music format does Serato Studio allow you to import, IE: mp3, .wav, etc...
4. Does Serato Studio have the capability to import multiple tracks and merge together for a final mix?
5. Does Serato Studio have the capability to adjust the volume of multiple tracks?
6. Does Serato Studio have the capability to beat match if the tempos are different for multiple tracks (MashUps)?

Answering the questions will help me make my decision on what product to purchase.

Choose Serato Studio if you want fast loop work, mashups, stems, and DJ-style edits with auto BPM/key.

Choose Adobe Audition if you need precise editing, restoration, long multitrack mixes, batch exports, and many formats.

If you plan complex, bar-accurate mashups or long DJ sets, consider Ableton Live (even Lite) for detailed warp markers; you can still master the final in Audition.
