Can't drag a song from Spotify into crate but can if I drag it from the deck

Serato 4.0. Powerful macbook.

Can't drag the songs from spotify from the library onto crates BUT it works if I have it loaded onto a deck and dragged down to the crate.

Not sure if it's a bug.

I've seen similar behavior. Have you emailed Serato?
