Crate order randomly changes after re-start

Have updagraded to V4 but the problem has been evident before this and I noticed that the problems still there after restart today.

When viewing the crates and smart crates, I can see that some folders that had previously been a sub crate, appear on the main view without a parent crate.

Has anyone else seen this?

a couple of years back I raised a ticket and didnt really get any resolution with it. From memory I think I was told that there was a lot of crates in use.

Was hoping that V4 would bring a resolve but it hasnt.

best way to make sure the carates are in the order you would like it to be is rename your crates in Alphavetical order,

I use numbers in front of my crate names ie.

01 RNB
02 POP
03 DANCE
04 REGGAE
05 EDM

ETC...

in this way when you restart Serato, your crates will not be jumbled but stay in the same order

thanks for the reply, its not really the order, its more that a sub crate (so not in the main view) will sometime find its way bacj to the main views and thus becoming a main crate.
