I'm hoping someone can help me with this, I'm using a Rane72 and having a problem where whenever I use the loop-roll mode (press the roll-mode button above the pads) the parameters (or should I say roll sizes) defaults to the maximum length. I then have to press the left parameter button 3 or 4 times to get it to smaller lengths that actually "roll". It seems to stay on that setting for the rest of the track, but as soon as I load another track and somewhere during that track I try do a loop-roll, the roll sizes have changed back to maximum lengths. I'm hoping it's a simple setting that I'm unaware of, because it's irritating the crap out of me. And honestly, how the hell can you call a 32beat loop a "roll"? It's supposed to be a quick finger press build-up type of effect, otherwise we might as well just use an auto-loop. Why are these crazy lengths even part of the loop-roll? Anyway, if anyone can shed some light on this or help me to get this sorted out, I'll really appreciate it.
