I've been trying to install Hex and keep running into this error message:

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor"

I've tried every possible fix I could find online and it keeps giving me this message at the same point of the installation.

I've never had this issue with any other plugins and have been installing new programs/apps/plugins before and since this issue, which leads me to believe it must be an issue with the installer files and not my computer.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? I've contacted Serato support about this over a week ago and still not heard anything back.
