I signed up for and into Serato DJ Lite, I did my part.
I purchased external speakers that plug into rca jacks, red and white.
Controller lights up when connected, so can see that connections are working, problem is there's no sound in the speakers.
And yes, I've switched the cables around this way and everyway including Tuesday.

When unplug from controller, and controlling through mouse, I get sound over small laptop computer speaker.

1. I had sound on Sunday, now no sound today.
2. Does it only work on like updated windows 11?
And if so, why was I getting sound on Sunday?
3. Does sound only radiate over plugged in speakers if have the DJ Pro account?
Do I need the Pro version to get sound to radiate out of speakers?
Maybe that's the main question I need answered.

This is frustrating in that I was so eager to learn DJing skills, but seems the first week, time and energy just spent on trying to get the most basic of things to work right, like sound!

I work full time during the day, my time and energy is precious,. and don't have countless hours up hours to hunt down solutions on YT.
I paid my money, I just want it to work without having to be an engineer and or Sherlock Holmes searching the internet for answers.

Do I need a new laptop?
Answers please, before I send this thing back or just sell it.
