hi everyone,
I have a rane performer which fully unlocks Serato when connected. I recently upgraded to seratos most recent software and there was an offer for a trial and then my next month for a dollar. obviously I took it. since then my software is only showing the basic version which doesn't show the unlocked version of software. any and all suggestions are welcomed.

check your account, how many computers do you have, attached to your account?
