Protect library missing from SDJ 4.0

I am not certain if this is deliberate or a bug. The protect library feature is missing in 4.0. I had to reinstall SDJ 3 to be certain. please bring back this feature. or if is still there. where?

It's not there - lots of posts about this below yours. Design choice made for now when 4.x was rolled out.
