Windows 11 PC, fully updated. Serato Pro, 4.0.1
SoundSwitch ControlOne 1.18 firmware, good chroma USB cable.

SoundSwitch software configuration not seeing Serato Pro.

I feel certain I am missing something (simple) as a new DMX user.
I have also written up a support ticket; but am hoping the user community can assist me.

might have to wait for sound switch to bring out a new firware update so it can work with SDJ Pro 4.1
