I've sent emails instagram messages along with a video showing the issues and as of yet serato hasn't done a thing but email me back and ask for the video again and again both the 4.0 and the 4.0.1 suck and i emailed them before the 4.0.1 serato needs a new team that can keep up the development team is way behind on tech the biggest update was emojis and a libary update trash what are we 12 with emojis come on guys that can't be the biggest update you have are you seeing what other nplatforms are doing serato is 2 years behind virtual dj from the stems to the video djing not enough transitions just the same dull ones that has been there since scratch live trash well since the new update to virtual dj im done serato your the apple of the dj world and virtual dj is the android open world with more features and poor serato is stuck in a bs eco system bye serato

sorry to hear that your not happy with Serato, luckily there are other DJ softwares out there that can more than accomodate you and your controller with no issues. good luck.
