Serato takes a long time to exit.WITH THE NEW SERATO 4.01 AND TAHOE, ever since version 4.0 came out, Serato has been slow. This new update is bad. Today, even the library won't lock anymore.

You can always go back to the previous version 3.3.5, so don't stress!

I been using both Serato Dj Pro 3.3.5 and 4.0.1 with no issues on my M1 and M4 mac using Tahoe 26.2.

What is your Mac's specs?

Thats more than enough. Try going back to the previous version 3.3.5.

You might need to clean your cache.

The user cache on macOS (including "Tahoe," which refers to the expected future macOS release) is located in the ~/Library/Caches directory. In this directory you can either delete alla which helps to clear any issues. or just those of Serato.
