Support desk so slow

Is it just me it or is the service desk really slow to respond. I have any issue with my software, eventually got a response after 3 days saying 'if you log into your account it should be fine' and haven't heard back for another 6 days. Is this normal?

I got a reply 2 weeks after I contacted them recently.

Shame because the company was always known for its amazing support.
