1. Report your bugs or contact Serato support with your issues. As far as I'm concerned they have one of the better support teams for a small company.

2. Be constructive. Calling the bugs, products and staff trash is not nice. Same goes for the f-word.

3. Stop raging and check your grammar/punctuation. Do some basic checks with any writing tool (Word, Pages) if you have problems with the latter.

They’re just letting you know that they’re aware of the issue and have been working on it with multiple users besides yourself. There has been some known issues with the 4.0.0 & 4.0.1 releases, so users have been hitting up support since the day those were released. I bet your reports help support, but you’re definitely not the only user that has hit up support with this issue and got their attention on this matter.
