Has anyone figured out how to make the Dub Echo sound good every since they moved the Filter Dub Echo effect to be only a filter effect? It sounds like shit now.

I really wish that would put both Filter Dub Echo and Noise back into the effects list so we have access to the parameters to adjust them.

The Noise has always been too loud and they never fixed it. With the new architecture they built with savable effects parameters, I would have actually been able to fix it myself if they just kept is as a regular effect like it was before. (The probably before was that custom tweaks never got saved, but now you can).
