Instant Echo Stem Issue - Rane 4

Has anyone had an issue with the Rane 4 controller using the instant echo feature not actually echoing out to the acapella ..instead it just abruptly drops the beat altogether without the echo ??? it has become annoying and it is intermittent - the controller has been updated to the latest firmware and i am guessing it is not serato problem Thoughts ??

No issue here with my Rane Four- latest Firmware, Mac M1, Serato 4.1

There is an issue with the EFX which Serato is working on. Yes the problem is intermittent. It has been reported by other users and is experienced in 4.0.0b and 4.0.1
